Therapy Services
The people I often work with have struggled with parts of themselves that no longer serve them. Maybe a protective pattern arose from trauma or attachment wounds, and while it served you well and helped you survive, these once useful patterns now seem to be holding you back. By investigating these patterns with compassionate curiosity, we can work on supporting you in the ways you’re hoping to evolve as we work with the patterns, not against them. Coming back to the self and body is a gift we can continually give ourselves.
I believe in therapeutic eclecticism to best support my clients. Attachment Theory, Person-Centered Therapy, and Parts Work are my primary modalities, though I incorporate aspects of other modalities as needed. I work from an anti-oppression lens that focuses on joy in liberation. I am listed on the Health at Every Size (HAES) registry on the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) and utilize this framework in my approach.
In the therapy room, I am authentic, compassionate, curious, and engaged with what you are sharing. What you bring into each session is as important as the relationship between therapist and client. How we both show up in that space creates the relationship. I encourage emotional depth, curiosity with what comes up between us, and a desire to look at life’s ambiguity.
Feel free to schedule a 15-minute free consultation to see if you would like to work together. You can also schedule a full session here or through email.
